Two Nights in Atlanta, One in Charlotte for Queens of the Stone Age

Some bands are better than others.
Chord by chord, line by line, beat by beat, hook by glorious hook, none is as convincing in 2013 as the Queens of the Stone Age. Even their codas kill.
The 6,000 heads moving in lockstep unison Saturday night at the Gibson Amphitheatre during "No One Knows" offered undeniable proof. With necks rubbery, noggins kept time with the Queens' rolling thunder beat as if snipers were commanding it from above, chunka-chunka riffs pushing through the venue as the band carried its devoted base through a song about rules to follow, pills to swallow.
They traveled with Queens founder-singer-guitarist-desert dweller Josh Homme "through the desert of the mind with no hope," drifted through the ocean, "dead lifeboats in the sun," as the perfectly engineered band hummed. The group has been on the road for dozens of dates this summer, and holy boulders does it show. Pardon the language, but what a cussin' rock band.
Read the rest of the review on the Los Angeles Times site.

Now, for the other part of our recommendation.
Some Party Buses are better than others.  You can fit up to 14 folks in our New Mercedes Sprinter Party Bus.  If you go out before and or after the concert, and you have the party machine for say 5 hours, the total bill will be like $30 a person.  Get your tickets, then call us immediately.  We only have one party bus in Charlotte and one in Atlanta.  First come, first served.

If you have a smaller group, take 8 - 10 in our Chrysler Stretch Limo.  Just you and your girl, how about a chauffeured sedan.  Call today to reserve.  704-605-1108

Steely Dan Tour Will Hit Atlanta and Charlotte in September

STEELY DAN "Mood Swings 2013: 8 Miles To Pancake Day" Is the Perfect Excuse to Arrange a Party of Friends and Hire a Limo

LOS ANGELES, CA: Legendary jazz-rock icons Walter Becker and Donald Fagen have announced that STEELY DAN will hit the road again in 2013, taking their Mood Swings: 8 Miles To Pancake Day Tour to over four dozen stops throughout North America.

Opening in Atlantic City on July 19, the tour hits major markets including Los Angeles, Chicago, Charlotte, Atlanta, and Boston, with additional special engagements to be announced soon. Tickets  are on sale now.

A great way to enjoy any concert is to head to the show with a group of friend in a chauffeured sedan or limo.  In Atlanta you would want to call Ambassador Limousine Service of Atlanta or go to their website at http://atlanta-limos.com.  A Step Above Limo in Charlotte would be the choice for a choice of party bus, sedan or limo.

Concertgoers can expect an evening of the same high-level of musical excellence that garnered raves from fans and critics alike, and which was described by The Los Angeles Times thusly: "Everyone gathered Friday evening was a believer — and they were treated to something close to rapture." The Chicago Sun-Times raved "This was different. This was live. This was vibrant. This was a cascade of color carried along by Fagen, Becker, eight brilliant supporting musicians and three superb backing vocalists."

On stage, Donald and Walter will be joined by these same eight brilliant supporting musicians, now appearing as The Bipolar Allstars (featuring Keith Carlock on drums, Freddie Washington on bass, Jim Beard on keyboards, and Jon Herington on guitar), along with The Borderline Brats — three sublime, soulful songbirds. Together, they will treat audiences to selections from The Dan's extraordinary four-decade catalog, rich with infectious tunes, bodacious harmonies, irresistible grooves, and sleek, subversive lyrics — punctuated by blazing solo work and rich ensembles. As always with the adventurous Fagen and Becker, a few surprises may be in store as well.

Picnic at Sharp Mountain Winery in Beautiful N. Georgia. Get there by Limo

No Wine Tour in N Georgia Is Complete without a Picnic.  The Sharp Mountain Winery Is Just the Place

Sharp Mountain Vineyards   http://www.sharpmountainvineyards.com/about.php  Fri - Sun

At 1500 feet, on five acres of rocky, alluvial soil, Sharp Mountain Vineyards is perfectly situated for doing what it does best: handcrafting fine wines in the old-world fashion.

This unique vineyard, established in 1995, was built on one simple principle: that the finest wines come from the finest fruits. Everything that Sharp Mountain Vineyards does honors this guiding principle, and North Georgians are the enthusiastic beneficiaries of this unwavering commitment to the ideal.

Sharp Mountain Vineyards and Wineries

What makes Sharp Mountain Vineyards so distinctive is its solitary focus on creating exceptional wines and providing a friendly, comfortable atmosphere for its customers.  Sharp Mountain Vineyards doesn't strive to increase production or branch out into a full-service event venue. Instead, this family-owned vineyard intentionally maintains a lower output capacity and focuses on only one thing: the wine.

By personally attending to every detail of the wine making process, from carefully tending plants through methods that promote quality over quantity to harvesting each grape with care to ensure that only the best are selected, Sharp Mountain Vineyards proudly produces eleven varieties of the region's finest wines.

The same attention to detail extends to the friendly and festive tasting room and gift shop where connoisseurs and novices alike are never disappointed. The Tasting Room and Gift Shop are open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Call for private tastings and events.

Sharp Mountain Vineyards welcomes guests to bring their own picnic fare and relax at a pavilion overlooking the vineyards and Sharp Mountain in beautiful North Georgia. It's an awe-inspiring view and the perfect setting in which to eat, drink, and be merry.

The result is more than wine: it is an experience.

We'll pick you up in a sedan or stretch limo.  You might hit one winery in the morning, one for lunch, and two in the afternoon.  Then we'll get you home with no time lost for DUI's and nobody losing out by being the designated driver.  Let us help you plan out the whole day.  Call 404-621-2544 to reach Ambassador Limousine Service in Atlanta.

The current crop includes Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Viognier, Syrah, Corot Noir and Cynthiana and will be expanded to include Mourvedre and Grenache.

Any Winery Tour in N. Georgia Should Go to Three Sisters Winery

Take a Limo to Frogtown and Check Out the First Winery to operate in Lumpkin County Since Prohibition.

Three Sisters Vineyards  http://www.threesistersvineyards.com/  Thu - Sun  BBQ on Sat and Sun

Three Sisters Vineyards & Winery is a small family farm situated on a hundred and eighty acres in the heart of the Frogtown District in historic Lumpkin County, Georgia. Located eight miles northeast of the site of the first major US gold rush, Dahlonega, the farm's name was inspired by the property's spectacular view of Lumpkin County's Three Sisters Mountain.

While no one knows the origin of the name of Three Sisters Mountain, local residents refer to its three distinctive peaks as Wild Cat, McBrayer, and Rattlesnake. Established in 1996 and bonded in 2000, Three Sisters Vineyards is Lumpkin County's first vineyard since prohibition and holds the distinction of being "Dahlonega's First Family Farm Winery."

On Saturdays and Sundays, Three Sisters offers SWine and Wine, a fun time for all.

Appalachian Mountain Winery, Frogtown Cellars Offers Tastings Mon - Sat

Limousine Tours to the Appalachian Mountain Wine Country near Atlanta Should include Frogtown

Frogtown Cellars http://www.frogtownwine.com/   Monday - Sat

Frogtown is a 57 acre wine estate located at the foot of the Appalachian Mountains equal distance between Dahlonega and Cleveland, Georgia. Frogtown encompasses 40 acres of vineyards and a tri-level gravity flow winery specifically designed to produce the unique wines made from Frogtown grapes.

In 1998, native Atlantans Craig and Cydney Kritzer founded Frogtown in a location carefully selected for quality wine grape production and outstanding mountain views, the Frogtown District of Lumpkin County, Georgia. After researching Frogtowns soil, diverse climates and terrain, Craig divided the land up into separate vineyards. He planted different wine grape varieties based on the characteristics of each vineyard site. Frogtown is now home to 40 acres of vineyards planted to 23 different wine grapes varieties, both red and white.

Atlanta Wine Country - Visit Cavender Creek Vinyard by Limo

The Best Way to Travel to the N. Georgia Hills Vineyards is by Chauffeured Sedan or Limo

Cavender Creek Vineyards   http://cavendercreekvineyards.com/  Sat - Sun only

Located on the outskirts of the charming little goldmine town of Dahlonega, Cavender Creek Vineyards and Winery started preparations in 2006.  Our two red grapes, Cabernet Sauvignon and Norton/Cynthiana, were planted in 2007 with first harvest in 2009.  The third plot of Petit Manseng, an “up-and-coming” white wine grape, was planted in 2008 and will premier its first vintage in the Spring of 2011.  Our goal is to produce hand-crafted wines that reflect the personal attention to detail and “pampering”- from planting to bottling – afforded by a small family vineyard.

Planned around an “old family farm” theme, CCVW features a c.1820 hand-hewn log cabin which will serve as guest accommodations overlooking the vineyard on 15 acres of beautiful rolling North Georgia hills.  Next door is the winery, styled after an old-fashioned barn, with the “loft” housing the tasting room.  From the spacious deck extending over the crush pad below you can enjoy a view of the vineyards and the surrounding farm scene, including a number of donkeys, sheep, and ”Tinkerbell” --our big ole white vineyard dog--all adding up to a fun family experience.

Proprietors Raymond and Donna Castleberry look forward to meeting you.  We think you will be charmed by our old-fashioned approach to wine-making, grape-growing, and life in general. So kick back, savor our hand-crafted wines, and let us know what you think.

You could drive to this winery, but who is going to drive home.  You could take a bus, but ......
The best way to see the wine country around Atlanta is by Limo.  Call us to plan your day at the wineries.   404-621-2544

Don't Miss Kansas and Toto at the Chastain Park Amphitheater August 14

Imagine You, Escorted by Chauffeured Limo, for a Night to Remember, Including Kansas and Toto

Few ensembles in the history of recorded music have individually or collectively had a larger imprint on pop culture than the members of TOTO.  As individuals, the band members’ imprint can be heard on an astonishing 5000 albums that together amass a sales history of a HALF A BILLION albums.  Amongst these recordings, NARAS applauded the performances with 225 Grammy nominations.  Band members were South Park characters, while Family Guy did an entire episode on the band’s hit  “Africa.”  As a band, TOTO sold 35 million albums, and today continue to be a worldwide arena draw staging standing room only events across the globe.  They are pop culture, and are one of the few 70s bands that have endured the changing trends and styles, and 35 years in to a career enjoy a multi-generational fan base.

It is not an exaggeration to estimate that 95% of the world’s population has heard a performance by a member of TOTO.  The list of those they individually collaborated with reads like a who’s who of Rock & Roll Hall of Famers, alongside the biggest names in music.  The band took a page from their heroes The Beatles playbook and created a collective that features multiple singers, songwriters, producers, and multi-instrumentalists.

Don't miss this amazing opportunity to live a bit of history, travel down memory lane, and just have a blast with a few friends.  For less than the cost of a day pace in Disney World, you can enjoy an evening like none other with terrace seating and a limo to get you there and back.  Get your tickets to the concert, then head over to this website - http://Atlanta-limos.com to arrange for a fully equipped and fully stocked stretch limo.

The tour arrives in Atlanta on Aug 10.

What about this show?  According to the Paramount in NY:

Mark McGrath is a true original. Best known as lead singer/songwriter for Sugar Ray, the Southern California-native can lay claim to a stunning string of top 10 hits, including “Someday,” “When It’s Over,” and the twin #1 classics, “Fly” and “Every Morning.” McGrath and Sugar Ray proved worldwide fan favorites, with multiple multi-platinum albums (including the RIAA 3x platinum certified 14:59), countless sold out tours, innumerable TV appearances, and starring roles on the covers of such national publications as Spin and Rolling Stone. More than two decades since their foundation later, Sugar Ray remain devoted to the cause that united them, the pursuit of good times, sunshine, and great rock ‘n’ roll.

As if that weren’t enough, McGrath – named 1998’s “Sexiest Rock Star” by People – has enjoyed a high profile career as a multi-faceted TV personality. Among his many credits are stints as co-host of the entertainment news program, Extra, and as host of the nationally syndicated Don’t Forget The Lyrics! A three-time champion on VH1’s Rock & Roll Jeopardy, McGrath has also appeared on such hugely successful series as Fox’s American Idol, NBC’s The Celebrity Apprentice (Season 4), and most recently, ABC’s Wife Swap.

With their indelible, organ-powered style, Smash Mouth has long provided the sundappled soundtrack to summertime fun. The Southern California-based combo has earned sales exceeding six million albums in the US alone, fueled by a streak of unforgettable chart-topping hits including “Can’t Get Enough Of You, Baby,” “Then The Morning Comes,” and the #1 classics, “Walkin’ On The Sun” and “All Star.” Furthermore, the band’s songs – including distinctive covers like “I’m A Believer” and “Why Can’t We Be Friends,” performed in the inimitable Smash Mouth style – have been featured in a breathtaking array of film and TV programs, including The Simpsons, Can’t Hardly Wait, Half Baked, BASEketball, Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo, and of course, Shrek.

With founding members Steve Harwell and Paul De Lisle at the helm, Smash Mouth returned in full force last year with Magic, drawing praise once again for their everinventive beach party anthems. As if that weren’t enough, the hard touring band showed off their culinary credentials with Recipes From The Road, a rock ‘n’ roll cookbook/travelogue featuring contributions from such celebrity friends as Guy Fieri, Michael Symon, Sammy Hagar, and the Pittsburgh Steelers’ Jerome Bettis.

Gin Blossoms literally define the sound of jangle pop. From their late Eighties beginnings as Arizona’s top indie rock outfit, the Tempe-based combo has drawn critical applause and massive popular success for their trademark brand of chiming guitars, introspective lyricism, and irresistible melodies. Lead tunesmiths Robin Wilson and Jesse Valenzuela soon unfurled a series of multi-format favorites, from “Hey Jealousy” and “Until I Fall Away” to “Follow You Down” and the GRAMMY®-nominated “As Long As It Matters,” earning Gin Blossoms sales in excess of 9 million in the US alone. In addition to the band’s own albums – including 1992’s breakthrough New Miserable Experience – Gin Blossoms songs were highlights of the RIAA gold and/or platinum certified soundtracks to such films as Speed, Empire Records, Wayne’s World 2, and several others.

The band were also inescapable presences on TV, dominating MTV and performing on such shows as Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show with ay Leno, and Saturday Night Live.
Gin Blossoms took a brief turn-of-the-century hiatus but reconvened shortly thereafter and haven’t looked back. The band is among the busiest touring acts in the world, playing close to 150 shows a year (including a five city tour of Iraq and Kuwait in 2010)
and releasing such acclaimed albums as No Chocolate Cake, which topped the Amazon.com sales chart upon its 2010 arrival.

2013 Summer Tour - Matchbox 20 and Goo Goo Dolls in Charlotte NC, Aug 6

Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in Charlotte, NC Feature a Fantastic Show Perfect for An Evening on the Town with Friends and a Limo

Looking for a concert this Summer featuring big productions, huge collaborations, and lots of fun.  Coming to Charlotte on August 6 will be Matchbox Twenty and Goo Goo Dolls for the “Magnetic North” tour.  The show has already been seen in various cities.  Reporting from St. Louis, Kelly Quirin of Playback writes:
"... Goo Goo Dolls. For a band that has been around for two decades, the guys of the Goo Goo Dolls still pack a lot of energy into their performance. While the band spent more time playing than interacting with the audience, they definitely didn’t put on a boring show. Their part of the night opened with “Long Hard Night.” Could this have been a prelude to the hot night all of the band members would have to endure? The group played their most well-known songs including “Slide,” “Iris,” and “Name,” the latter of which was the band’s first big hit 18 years ago. Lead vocalist Johnny Rzeznik told the crowd that he knew the band had made it when he heard “Name,” while grocery shopping. When the starting notes of “Black Balloon” began, a bunch of black balloons were release into the front of the crowd. A bit cliché? Perhaps, but the front center section seemed to have fun hitting them around. Rzeznik sounded great throughout the night. A few songs had vocalist Robby Takac on lead, and those vocals could have been stronger. Takac had a nasal, whiny feel in contrast to Rzeznik’s soft pop vocals. Goo Goo Dolls are touring to promote their new album, Magnetic. Their set included a new song from the new album, including “Come to You,” which was performed karaoke-style so that the crowd could learn the words. The set ended with the crowd singing along to the hit “Broadway.” Their set was solid; full of energy and fun.

Matchbox Twenty closed out the night with an energetic set. The most memorable part of the evening with Matchbox Twenty was their stage set, which included three giant cubes that were actually huge multi-sided video screens. Those cubes were a focal point throughout their show, with complementing videos and up close shots of the band for each song. The band performed a mix of their hits, band favorites, and songs from the new album. Overall, the band had a light-hearted, joking attitude and front man Rob Thomas kept the crowd involved in the show. He told the crowd, “we want to make tonight special for you guys too.” Thomas also made several jokes about things he didn’t want to see on Twitter later that night, earning a few laughs from the crowd. Thomas led the guys of Matchbox Twenty with an emotional performance; everything he felt about the songs was written all over his face and evident in his body language. The highlight of the night for Matchbox Twenty was probably when a huge alarm clock appeared on the screen and froze at 3:00 a.m. The crowd went crazy for a “3 a.m.” sing-along. The band also played hits including “Unwell,” “Bright Lights,” “How Far We’ve Come,” and newest hit “She’s So Mean.” They closed out their encore with “Push,” which seemed to be another crowd favorite.
Goo Goo Dolls and Matchbox Twenty, with opener Kate Earl, brought the fun and excitement to a hot summer night that a collaborative summer tour promises. Though each band has been around for almost 20 years, the men in the bands made each song seem fresh and exciting. Touring and performing seem fun to these guys, and their energy shone through to the fans that suffered through the heat to see them. |Kelly Quirin

Miranda Lambert Coming to Charlotte Area on July 19

Miranda Lambert Comes to the Charlotte Area

Harrah's Cherokee Resort Event Center in Cherokee Presents Miranda Lambert

In her hit single “Baggage Claim,” Miranda Lambert sings about the kind of luggage you wish would get lost. “I have been dragging around your sensitive ego,” she tells an ex-friend or lover -- soon concluding, with characteristic swagger, that she’ll “drop your troubles off at the conveyor belt/I hand you a ticket to go get it yourself.” Mr. Needy is left doing loops on the suitcase carousel while Lambert’s rocking out in the unloading zone.

With the release of Four the Record, Miranda comes bearing some baggage of her own – the precious kind, well-earned over the course of three highly loved (and unanimously platinum) prior albums
Her accolades could fill a whole set of trunks.
To point out just one carry-on case’s worth of kudos: She is country’s reigning female vocalist of the year, as bestowed by both the Country Music Association and the Academy of Country Music. She’s won the prized album of the year trophy from both organizations, as well – from the ACMs for her second record, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, and from the CMAs and ACMs for her third, Revolution. She received the top country female vocal performance honor at the most recent Grammy Awards for “The House That Built Me.” And, lest all her honorifics be so high-minded, she’s been named one of People magazine’s Most Beautiful People and one of Maxim’s Hottest Women of Country. Frequent flyers can hardly rack up more awards points than that.

Now Miranda is on her way to the Cherokee Resort Event Center, and you can catch her act.  Why not make a really special night of it.  Get the whole gang together and rent a limo for the evening.  Go out before and or after the concert.  Don't think about who the designated driver needs to be.  Just kick back and enjoy the luxury of not thinking about the highway, the parking or anything related to transportation.

Call the best limo service in Charlotte and we'll provide you with unparalleled service.

NEW! Online Magazine Publishes First Wedding Issue

Each Issue of Rue Gets 10 million Hits - Marriage back in style?

When you’re planning a wedding in Charlotte, it seems that you can never have enough magazines and blogs to inspire you.

Online interior design magazine Rue is banking on this. The online publication, which gets an estimated 10 million hits per issue, launched their first edition devoted mainly to weddings and entertaining just last week.

Why now?

Perhaps it has to do with the fact that wedding season is upon us.

Or it could have to do with the upcoming nuptials of Rue founder/editor-in-chief Crystal Gentilello, who notes in her editor’s note that her wedding is less than two weeks away. She shares some tips she’s learned along the way in the form of a feature on her bridal shower and her suggestions for wedding day essentials.

Wedding Features

Other editors offer their picks for newlywed essentials, honeymoon essentials, and even relaxation requirements. The issue also features ideas and interviews with event stylists and other entertainment professionals, including event designer Preston Bailey and a stylist who works out of a mobile office she created in an Airstream trailer.

To be sure, the edition is well-timed since so many weddings usually take place in the spring months. Whether design fanatics are ready for Rue to expand in areas beyond interiors on a regular basis remains to be seen, but other successful online-only publications have found success catering to niche audiences with well-designed publications offering beautiful photography and quirky features with tons of personality.

Registry Suggestions

The wedding/entertainment issue of Rue does contain some of the usual interior design pages, including a few house tours. But there are plenty of wedding offerings in the issue, such as a 16-page spread on a tropical theme wedding and five different spreads of registry suggestions, for couples who identify as “European Sophisticate,” “Industrial Modern,” “Whimsical,” or “Preppy.”

Stumped as to what category you may be? Head on over for descriptions of each.

Remember, if you need one or more limos in Charlotte or a great limo in Atlanta for your Wedding, bachelorette party, or wine tour, A Step Above Limousine Service in Charlotte and Ambassador Limousine Service in Atlanta are ready to serve you.

Business Traveler - Justify A Limo or Chauffeured Sedan on Your Next Trip to Charlotte

You Deserve a Limo.  Here is the Sales Pitch to Get Corporate to Approve A Car and Driver

Other than standing in line for security at the airport, the only part of business travel that I could easily do without is renting a car.  Unless you have an assistant to do it for you, it will take at least a half-an-hour to find the right car at the right price at the right rental car company.  That's just for starters.

Now you have to find the system at the airport for dealing with the company.  This usually means checking in at the airport, dragging your luggage out to the the stand to wait for the shuttle, then standing in line at the remote lot to get keys and sign the contract.  Another 40 minutes you'll never get back.

With a little luck the car will not smell bad, have some mechanical issue, or be entirely the wrong car.  My experience is that I'm taking the car back for a different car 10% or so of the time.  20% if my wife is with me.

Unless you've previously driven the type of car selected, you have the nightmare of figuring out all the gadgets and gizmos on the car.  Where is the trunk release?  How do you turn the car on?  Depress brake?  Release little button on the steering column?  Say "pretty please" to the onboard computer?

Now you unfold the map, or figure out the GPS, or set the destination in your smart phone, and off you go.  Even with all the electronic direction aids we have today, you are going to get lost at least once on the way to the hotel or your first call.  This won't be the last time you get lost on this trip.

Major Advantages in Time, Money, and Attitude when Using a Limo in Charlotte

Or you could use a limo service for the entire trip.  If you are going from airport to hotel, and you're using a limo service, you don't go get a car, you take the hotel shuttle.  If the hotel is far away, has no shuttle, or your first stop is a customer, you have explained this to your car service in Charlotte ahead of time.  The driver is standing in the baggage claim area with a big sign that has your name on it.  He will be taking your luggage to the waiting sedan.

Now, instead of fighting traffic, getting lost, stressing over learning the rules of engagement on the streets of a new city, you get to sit back and do things designed to sooth your nerves.  You could choose to read a book on your iPad, get updates on emails, call to check in with your family, confirm appointments, or just close your eyes and do absolutely nothing.

On the way to the appointments you've set, repeat the above.  Except you could also be planning for the call, reviewing your information on the client, going over the proposal, or contemplating the give and take of the upcoming meeting.  Of course, you will be on time for the meeting.  Your time on the road may be costing the company hundreds of dollars per hour.  The potential for the meeting must be worth it.  Why would you want to waste the driving time with uh ... driving?

After the meeting, you slip back into the luxurious comfort of a late model touring sedan, and either relax, jot down notes from the meeting, or call the office with an update.  You could do some of that while driving, but we all know how much fun that is in a strange vehicle in a strange city.

Oh.  Did I mention one last thing.  The OMG value.  Someone is going to notice how you arrived and left that meeting.  It will be the talk of the building.  Can't hurt.

There you have it.  The perfect pitch for proving the value of an important business tool.  We would appreciate it, since we have provided you with the ammo, that you would consider us as your limo service in Charlotte when you visit here.   Find rates, reservation form, and everything else you could possibly need on our website at http://astepabovelimo.com .  Rather deal with a person.  Call us right now at (704) 605-1108.

FAQs About Wedding Limo Services in Charlotte

How much does a wedding limo in Charlotte cost?

The cost depends on the type of vehicle.  A standard 10-passenger limo will run between $300 and $500 dollars. A stretch SUV will run between $350 and $600. These figures are based on a three hour minimum with a 20% driver gratuity.  Sedans are less.

Why is there a three hour minimum?

We charge a three hour minimums to prevent split orders. Three hours minimums are standard because we can't book someone else during the down time.

Why am I being charged for time that I’m not in the car?

A limousine rental is like staying at a hotel. Although you may not spend every minute in your room, you’re always charged for the whole day. In the limousine industry, this would be considered a 24 hour minimum.

How much should I tip?

Most services include a 15% – 20% gratuity in the bill. If your chauffeur is exceptional, you should add an additional 10% – 20%.

When should I book a limo for my Charlotte wedding

You should book a limo at least six months before your ceremony. This is especially true for specialty vehicles. Specialty vehicles include exotic cars, stretch Hummers or 20 passenger busses.  Also take into consideration seasonal rush times.  May June and September October are very busy.

What color should I get?

This is a personal preference. White wedding limos are the most popular, but black cars are a favorite for traditional events. It should be noted that black vehicles provide the best background when photographing white wedding dresses.

What size limousine should I order?

This depends on the size of the service. Most people order one car for the bride and one car for the groom. Once the size of the wedding party is determined, the appropriate limousine(s) can be selected.
